Our carpenter had customers who brought mangled cat posts they bought online with the same complaints of the post being too slim to climb, too small for cats to stretch out, too wobbly for larger cats, smells terrible from the glue and chemicals used and simply breaking apart after a few months.
The Ultimate Scratching Post is a Designed and Made in Singapore product by the Uncommon Goods Team, built to our customers specs and able to last a lifetime. Customers are able to personalise the colour of the post, fabric type, post height and base shape to fit in different areas of the house. Our customers have also gone further to add multiple platforms and toys to their posts to keep their furry friends occupied.
Unlike many other cat posts, our unique construction uses dual clamps at either end to ensure the top and bottom never leaves the centre post. A large diameter post also allows cats to hug and climb comfortably and ergonomically, but the best feature of our cat post is the safe materials, adhesives and finishes that are pet friendly.
